Start Sam dan, perform the first block and the double blocks.
NEW: 
your right arm will be in position for wrist-grip #9.
Perform the wrist grip.

Look right and continue the form without stepping with right arm hugal middle block & double block.
Continue the form up to the top of the I ending with right hand middle punch.
NEW:
Perform jump fake front kick

​Continue the form by turning around and gathering your fists on your belt.

From Feet together perform
one-step #7
After Elbow Strike Perform
one-step #8
After Elbow Strike Perform
one-step #7

​Continue the form by stepping into left hand middle punch.
Finish the form to the end as usual!

Ni Han Chi, Wrist-Grip Set #3 # 3 (11), One-Step#13, Jump Back Kick

From Ready Stance perform Wrist-Grip#11
NEW:
Drop your left foot back online to start Nihanchi Cho Dan.

Perform Nihanchi up until the elbow strike/pull
NEW:
Perform one-step # 14, Stand up and pull 
the left foot back on line

perform the low block with the left arm and the blocking/strike with the right.
Step across and continue form.
After the Elbow Strike/pull
NEW:
Perform one-step #13, stand up and pull
the right foot back on line.

perform the low block with the right arm and the blocking/strike with the left.
Step across and continue form.
Continue until just before the last double punch ending, you will be in a pull position with left hand in chamber and right arm across body in guard.
NEW:
Perform a jump back kick left foot
Perform a jump back kick right foot

Double punch .
